Horizon is the weather with the box taken away. The temperature sits large and light directly on the wallpaper you already chose, the conditions and the place beneath it, and a thin band of colour running dawn to dusk with a marker where you are in the day — which tells you the hour and the light at a glance without another clock on screen. Under it, wind, humidity, pressure and visibility in a quiet row you can turn off. It finds your location the same way the rest of WidgetSpark does, from a cached lookup rather than a prompt, and reads through the same service as the weather widget so the two never disagree on screen. Readings refresh every quarter of an hour, and when one gets old the scene says so rather than presenting an hour-old number as current. Both blocks drag anywhere you like, and the desktop stays clickable everywhere the type isn't.
