Quick ConvertA taskbar widget for Windows 10 and 11Pro
Quick Convert puts a converter on your taskbar that shows its answers the way real instruments do. Length is a ruler with inches along one edge and centimetres along the other, temperature a thermometer marked in both °F and °C, speed a two-scale speedometer, volume a measuring jug, weight a sliding scale. Type naturally, like 72f, 5’10”, 3/4 cup or 65 mph, and it works out the kind and the unit for you; or drag the instrument itself to scrub the value. Every other unit is listed underneath, one click to copy, and a line at the foot puts the number in real terms: about as long as a bus, or 3° warmer than body temperature. Copy a measurement anywhere, open the flyout, and it is already converted. The strip keeps the last conversion you pinned, drawn as a tiny version of its instrument; click that to flip the conversion around.
